Branches School of the Berkshires is seeking an Educational Director/Licensed Special Education Teacher to fulfill the following job responsibilities:
· Ensure all students IEP Goals align with the Mass Curriculum Frameworks
· Be in charge of and ensure all students' MCAS Alt Assessments are completed
· Work with the Clinical Director in developing curriculum and modifying individualized programs
·Implement individual (1:1), small group (1:2 – 1:3), or large group (4:1 or larger) instruction to students, according to the daily classroom schedule.
· Record daily skill acquisition data, behavior data, and any other data aligned in student’s IEP/BIP
· Write quarterly progress reports for all appointed students
· Attend and participate in weekly data analysis meetings to review, discuss, and monitor each student’s progress in his/her individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans
· Attend/participate in weekly staff meetings, trainings, and monthly “Student Days”

· Immediately communicate concerns or success information regarding student individualized skill acquisition programs, behavior, or parental concerns to the Lead ABA Teacher
· Attend and participate in weekly data analysis meetings to review, discuss, and monitor each student’s progress in his/her individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans
· Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings, trainings, and monthly “Student Days”

-Associate's degree in an SLPA program or a Bachelor's degree in a speech-language pathology or communication disorders program
-Successful completion of a minimum of 100 hours of supervised field work experience or its clinical experience equivalent
-Demonstration of competency in the skills required of an SLPA
-ABA experience preferred
