Branches School of the Berkshires is seeking a full-time BCBA to fulfill the following job responsibilities:
· Works collaboratively with Clinical Director, Lead ABA Teacher to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and train staff working with that student on the behavior plan.
· Develops integrity checklists to ensure staff are following behavior plans as written and provides positive reinforcement and feedback, when appropriate
· Ensure requested staff receive supervision towards BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT certifications
· Provides annual training on de-escalation/restraint
· Attends weekly Analysis Clinics to discuss behavior plans, when appropriate.
· Assists Clinical Director and Educational Director in running weekly staff meetings to provide updates to staff and generalized training on ABA strategies
· Conducts indirect assessments with parents of potential or new students coming to Branches to establish possible target behaviors for decrease, reinforcers, motivating operations, likely antecedents, strengths, and challenges for each student

Branches School of the Berkshires is seeking an ABA Technician to fulfill the following job responsibilities:
· Implement individual (1:1), small group (1:2 – 1:3), or large group (4:1 or larger) instruction to students, according to the daily classroom schedule.
· Record daily skill acquisition data, behavior data, and any other data aligned in student’s IEP/BIP
· Summarize, enter, and graph daily skill acquisition data, behavior data, or any other data requested by Lead ABA Teacher/Clinical Director
· Assist the Lead ABA Teacher in developing curriculum and modifying individualized programs
· Immediately communicate concerns or success information regarding student individualized skill acquisition programs, behavior, or parental concerns to the Lead ABA Teacher
· Attend and participate in weekly data analysis meetings to review, discuss, and monitor each student’s progress in his/her individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans
· Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings, and trainings.
