Student Days

We believe that parental involvement is crucial in the success of a child's education. Every month, parents and guardians are invited to attend a "Student Day" program where they can meet with their child and their team to learn about their individualized program. During this time, our lead ABA teacher will guide parents and guardians to practice each program effectively at home. This also presents an opportunity for parents and guardians to ask any questions they may have and familiarize themselves with their child's daily education. Towards the end of the program, our Clinical Director/BCBA will review student graphs with the parents, discuss the data-based decision-making process, and provide progress updates on the student.

Data Analysis Clinics

Each week, the student’s team, including the Educational Director, Clinical Director/BCBA, Lead ABA Teacher and ABA Technicians, meets to evaluate student progress in all domains. At that time, the data and graphs are reviewed for each student’s individualized programs and target behaviors for reduction. Behavior protocols are reviewed during these meetings and behavior protocol integrity data is recorded throughout the week. Consistency meetings are also run weekly with each student’s team to ensure all team members are implementing programs and intervention strategies as written and initially trained.

Consistency Meetings

Each day, our classroom teachers hold consistency meetings with their classroom staff to ensure their team is implementing student programs with integrity. Role playing, program review, and discussion is used during these meetings. New programs are also role played by the Lead teacher and staff prior to implementation.
