 I'm so glad I found the Branches school of the Berkshires! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, really creating a team-based approach for our kiddos. Between the amazing staff and students, I feel like I was meant to be here!  

Working at Branches has shared new opportunities for me to help students develop their skills, independence, and confidence.  Whether its implementing individualized learning strategies, providing behavioral support, or celebrating small victories, the work we do here is truly rewarding and life-changing.  Seeing students reach their milestones and witnessing their happiness when they achieve something new is the most rewarding part of the job.  Having just started in this field, working at Branches school has been very welcoming with the staff and teachers in helping myself learn as well. 

Branches is a great place to work as we impact students and their families lives in a positive manner. Every day we work with students to help them reach their goals and learn new skills to promote independence and succuss in and outside of the school setting.  The administration team is always coming up with creative ways to help staff grow and learn with exciting new roles within the school.  

Since coming to Branches School of the Berkshires a little over a year ago, I've learned so much! Watching the students learn and grow - the excitement they have everyday is truly the most rewarding part of our jobs. I can't wait to see what my future holds here at Branches! I look forward to seeing where I go from here!

I have worked at Branches for a little over a year now and I can say it has changed the way I view life. I love knowing that everyday I have the chance to make an impact on the students' day and life. This job has its challenges but the reward is worth it. Everyone that works at Branches is very supportive and always willing to help. It's like a family here.

Working at Branches was a new experience for me but Kassy and Helen were very welcoming and have provided ongoing training. Branches is a great place to work for and friendly environment. Seeing your child thrive is what makes us thrive!
